A Landmark Court Ruling for Video Games

In the case of Video Software Dealers Association v. Schwarzenegger, the judges ruled that the state could not enforce a 2005 California law that would have regulated the sale or rental of computer and video games. This is the 13th court ruling that supports video games as a form of protected speech.
